How to Make Your Offers Track: A Device-by-Device Checklist
Ten minutes of setup prevents most missing credits. Here is the checklist we wish every member ran before their first offer, and exactly what to save when something breaks anyway.
#Read this before your next offer
Most missing credits are not lost at the finish line. They are lost in the first few seconds, by a device setting you did not know was on. You can grind a game for a week and the outcome was already decided before the install finished.
The good news: there aren't many of these settings, and once they're right you can mostly forget them. This is the checklist. It takes about ten minutes the first time, and it prevents the large majority of missing credits before they can happen.
No setup makes tracking perfect, though. Offer tracking is a chain of systems owned by different companies, and sometimes a link breaks that isn't yours. The last section covers what to do when that happens, and what proof actually gets a credit recovered.
#How offer tracking works, in thirty seconds

When you tap an offer, a unique click ID rides along with you to the advertiser. You finish the task. The advertiser's system looks up who to pay, finds your click ID, and fires an automated receipt (a postback) back down the chain. The credit lands in your account.
That's the whole machine: every missing credit is the same click ID lost somewhere between your tap and that receipt, and every rule below keeps it alive.
#In-app browsers
When you tap a link inside TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, or most other apps, it doesn't open your real browser. It opens the app's own built-in browser: a sealed little window with its own separate cookies that shares nothing with Chrome or Safari. Your click ID lands in that window. Then you get bounced to the App Store or Play Store, the window closes behind you, and the click ID is gone. You install the game, play it honestly for a week, and the advertiser has no record you ever came from a rewards site. Nothing credits, and there was never a moment where it could have.
The fix costs three seconds. Before tapping an offer link you found inside another app, use the app's menu (usually three dots in a corner) and choose "Open in browser" or "Open in Safari." Do your earning in a real browser, not in the window a social app happens to draw around a web page.
#The rules that apply on every device
Five habits, and they matter more than any setting further down.
Tap the offer on Earnopolis and let it carry you to the store or site. If you search for the app yourself and install it directly, there is no click ID, so there is nothing to credit, even though you did the work.
The click ID lives where you clicked. Start on your laptop and finish on your phone, and the advertiser only ever sees half the journey.
Offerwalls check where you're earning from, and a VPN makes an honest account look like a fraudulent one. Turn it off before you click and leave it off until the credit lands.
The same offer done through two rewards sites credits, at best, on one of them, and at worst flags your accounts on both. Already clicked it on two sites? Finish it wherever you clicked last, and expect the other site to show nothing.
Most offers credit within 24 to 72 hours; big game milestones can take up to a week or two. Deleting the app the moment you finish is one of the most common ways a credit gets lost.
#Set up the device you earn on
Never reset or delete your advertising ID with offers in flight. If you want a fresh ID, do it before starting something new, never in the middle.
Don't offload, don't restore. Offloading an app removes the app itself and can interrupt an offer in flight, and restoring your phone from a backup mid-offer can scramble identifiers. Keep offer apps fully installed until the credit lands.
Multi-day offers need a normal window. Close an incognito window and the proof that you were the one earning goes with it.
#Why tracking dies at level 30
Game offers have two separate tracking moments, and they fail in different ways.
The install is attributed once, at the start, through the click and store handoff everything above protects. The milestones (reach level 30, finish chapter 5, make a purchase) then report through the game's own analytics against that original install. That explains the pattern players keep hitting: the install credits fine, the early goals credit fine, then a big late goal takes days. Late milestones often report in batches, and offerwalls usually allow a week or two for them, so give a big goal that long before assuming it broke.
What actually breaks mid-game: switching devices (your progress reports from a device that was never attributed), reinstalling (the fresh install has no click behind it), or clearing the game's data. Play the whole offer on the device you installed from, and if a goal involves a purchase, make it inside that same install.
The hardest one to fix: if you have ever had the game installed before, even years ago, most install offers will not credit. "New user" means the game has never seen you before, no matter how long ago that was.
#The evidence packet
Sometimes you do everything right and the credit still doesn't come. A link broke on someone else's side of the chain. This is how to get it back.
First, wait out the right window: 72 hours for most offers, a week or two for big game milestones (the offer's own terms often state which), and weekends run slower across the board. Support on every side of the chain will ask you to wait that long anyway.

if the offer involved spending money. Purchase offers with receipts are the most recoverable kind there is.

File with the offerwall's own support first. Every offerwall has a missing-credit form, and they're the ones who can see the advertiser's side of the chain. (Not sure which offerwall ran your offer? Ask our support; that's a one-reply answer.) If that goes nowhere, bring the packet to us and we escalate it. We have a straightforward reason to fight for you here: when your offer doesn't credit, we don't get paid either. A member with a clean packet is easy to go to bat for.
One thing no packet can fix: a credit whose click never registered at all (the in-app browser case, the store-search case) is usually unrecoverable, because there is nothing on the advertiser's side to point at.
